The Rose Sofia logo draws its inspiration from the rich history and architectural style of the building where the social club is situated. The aim was to create a symbol that represents the close relationship between the past and the present, beauty and aesthetics. The rose, one of the most beautiful flowers in the world, symbolizes timeless elegance, while the architectural elements of the building represent the grandeur of the past century.

With the building owners also being the Bulgarian Rose laboratory, it was only fitting to incorporate a rose symbol into the logo. The challenge was to depict the rose in a clear, intelligible, and memorable way, while also incorporating the formal parameters of the building, such as arches and decorative details.

The Rose Sofia logo is realized in various forms throughout the establishment. On the exterior facade, a stone signboard featuring the logo is prominently displayed. This signboard was created using advanced technologies such as CNC routers and water jet cutters, ensuring precision and attention to detail. The logo is also backlit, adding a touch of sophistication to the overall design.

In the antechamber, a stunning chandelier featuring the Rose Sofia logo takes center stage. This chandelier was produced using laser-cut steel details and LED lights, resulting in a visually striking and unique piece. Additionally, one of the diner walls showcases a larger version of the rose symbol, created using hundreds of small fabric roses, further enhancing the ambiance of the space.

The Rose Sofia logo not only serves as a visual representation of the establishment but also embodies the essence of the social club/bar&diner. It captures the fusion of beauty, elegance, and architectural grandeur, creating a unique and memorable experience for visitors.

Designed by Ivan Radev, the Rose Sofia logo is a testament to his creativity and ability to seamlessly blend different elements into a cohesive design. With its strong visual impact and symbolic representation, the logo truly sets the tone for the entire establishment.

It is no wonder that the Rose Sofia logo was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in 2018 in the category of Graphics, Illustration, and Visual Communication Design. This prestigious award recognizes designs that exhibit outstanding creativity, technical skill, and contribution to quality of life improvements.
